Dear Guest,

We’re so happy to have you with us and hope you enjoy your stay at Le Blue Guest House.

Here’s a little information to help make your stay more comfortable:

  • Reception Hours: Our reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please feel free to reach out if you need assistance.
  • TV: All rooms are equipped with the DStv Hospitality Package for your entertainment.
  • Pool Facilities: You’re welcome to enjoy our pool area. Kindly do not use the white bathroom towels at the pool — pool towels are available at reception.
  • Towels: If you would like your towels replaced, please leave them on the bathroom floor. Towels left hanging will be assumed for reuse.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth turnover.
  • Smoking Policy: All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. A R500 penalty will be added to your bill if any smoking is detected inside the room.
  • Air Conditioning: Please ensure that the air conditioner is turned off when leaving the room. When in use, keep all doors and windows closed to maintain efficiency.
  • Housekeeping: Please note that Housekeeping services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Should you require anything for your room during these times, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to assist.
  • Visitors: Please note that only paying guests are allowed in the rooms. Visitors are not permitted in the rooms. Thank you for your understanding.”
